Funds for duly provided Services: Booking, Order are not refundable if they were properly provided by the Platform, including non-receipt of the Goods/provision of the Specialist's services due to the fault of the Merchant/Specialist. The Platform shall not make a refund to the User for the Booking if the service was provided by the Specialist to the Customer in full. The Platform may refund the money for the Booking if the User made the Booking and paid for it, but due to technical failures through the fault of the Platform it was not fulfilled.
The Platform is not a party to the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and/or provision of services by the Specialist to the Customer, as it is not a part of such agreement.
In case of early termination of display of the Ad due to its disconnection by the User, if the subject of the Ad has been sold or the User has changed the subject of the Ad in such a way that another subject of the Ad is indicated instead of the originally indicated one, the fee charged for the placement of this Ad shall not be refunded.
Since the display of a paid Ad is performed at the moment of its payment and the service is considered to be fully provided from the moment of publication of such paid Ad, the Platform shall not refund the payment for the publication of the Ad. However, the Platform may refund such funds on its own initiative, making a sole decision on such refund.
In case of poor quality of these Services, the Platform may make a refund to the User based on the User's request within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of such request. Such request must contain: description of the problem, reasons for the refund, description of the Service, refund amount, User's identified data. For the refund, the User should send a request to the following e-mail: info@helpmarket.ch.
