Do not advertise a service, product, task, condition or information that violates Swiss law or the rights of third parties.
You have the right to place ads for services and objects for which you have all necessary rights, licences, registrations, permits, certificates, etc. The Platform has the right to demand documentary proof of the authenticity of the information provided in the ad.
You do not have the right to place an ad if you are unable to perform this service.
You may not place a service that contains advertising information or unjustified use of trademarks of well-known brands.
Before placing an advert, you are obliged to make sure that all its elements - photos, text - are legitimate. Photos and text must be directly related to the service.
We consider it a breach of Helpmarket.ch rules to place information in an advert that could be misleading about your service. You will be held responsible for any violations of Swiss law or the rights of third parties, inaccurate information.
Place adverts only in relevant thematic categories. Place ads for services in the services section. Do not place adverts for finding a service, collecting financial aid, finding, losing, buying, selling things in the section add service, add task, add product. Place goods in the shop section. Place tasks in the section - add task.
It is forbidden to place several services in one advert, except if they make a set or correspond to one category.
You cannot place repeated adverts for the same product, task or service using multiple profiles.
You may only post one valid service, product or task for one category. We consider posting repeated adverts as a violation of Helpmarket.ch rules
Photos and text must be directly related to the service, product or task.
It is forbidden to write adverts in capital letters; use/place page/site addresses. It is allowed to use page and website addresses in business subscriptions.
Do not post service text containing the words "most", "only", "best", "only" and the like if they cannot be documented.
Do not post service text or add a photo that includes your contact information - phone number, service or residential address, your first or last name, your company name, logos, links. Phone number, address of the service or residence, your first or last name, your company name, logos, links can be published only if you have a business subscription on the Helpmarket.ch website
- It is prohibited to publish a text in any section of the Site if it contains:
- violates in any way the rights of a third party, including property and/or intellectual rights;
- contains illegal information
- contains false or incorrect information;
- contains signs of pornographic or sexual nature, abnormal language;
- humiliates the honour and dignity of a third party or another User;
- incites interracial, interethnic, religious, sexual and political hatred;
- violates the rights and/or freedoms of third parties;
- contains links to websites of Third Parties, which may harm the software of Third Parties;
- contains an arbitrary set of characters that do not make sense;
- website addresses or links to other websites;
- data of users or other natural persons, including but not limited to: name, residence, telephone number, address, bank account number, photos and videos;
- content that is the result of an arrangement with other Users or Third Parties to influence ratings or reviews;
- contains links to sites that distribute pornography, unlicensed software and/or media files or incite interracial, ethnic, religious, sexual and political hatred;
- contains links to information that are open advertising platforms for network marketing, affiliate marketing, pyramid schemes, take-home pay and other types of scams;
- contains obscene language;
- contains jargonisms in the amount of more than 30 (thirty) per cent of the content;
- contains flooding;
- contains various ways of attracting potential clients, such as "get rich quick", "create your own fortune", "financial independence", etc...;
- contains offers to restructure loans and get rid of debts;
- contains advertisements for alcohol and/or tobacco products;
- contains spam
- contains incitement to violence;
- contains defamation of a third party;
- is written in capital letters only;
- uses several grouped punctuation marks;
- contains links to sites that are dating, escort services, etc...;
- contains signs of begging;
- contains links to websites and/or information about personal growth, career development courses, etc.
The list of requirements set out in the preceding paragraph is not exhaustive and we may at our discretion: block/delete your account/advertisement and/or restrict access to account features if you violate the terms of the Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to remove an offending advert from the site without explanation.
